1. Screw bolt tightness check: newly replaced concrete mixer wear parts should be checked every two days. All the mixing blades and mixing arm screw bolt should be checked.
2. Check the wear degree of scale board in cylinder. Mixing blades and mixing arm should be checked at least once a week and keep them clean. Check whether they are loose or have changed their place. When the wear degree of mixing blade reaches 50%, it should be changed.
3. Adjustment of mixing blades: mixing blades should be adjusted regularly to ensure the concrete mixer operate. If the mixing blades weren’t adjusted, larger size sand would be plugged between the mixing blade and scale board, which not only increases the pressure on the mixing blades, even led to the break of mixing blades, but also aggravates the wear between the mixing blades and scale board.
